1. Temporary Permit ( Expo / Promotion / Tent )
2. Stage Show Permit ( Entertainment)
3. Banner Permit
4. Ramadhan Market Permit
5. Night Market Permit

Documents Needed During License Application

a) Premise License  ( Business Treed )

  1. 5 copies of completed fill in form ( including the original form )
  2. 2 copies of Business Registrar or Company Memorandum
  3. 2 copies of Rental Agreement ( if rent ) that has been stamped or permission from the owner of the building that has been acknowledged by Commissioner for oath.
  4. 2 copies of grant ( if old building / private property) or a copy of Buy and Rent Agreement
  5. 3 copies of certificate of compliance ( CF )
  6. 2 copies of assessment tax receipt
  7. 2 copies of land tax receipt
  8. 4 copies of premise pictures
  9. 5 copies of location plan
  10. 2 copies of floor plan
  11. 3 copies of advertisement sketch ( if any )
  12. 2 copies of applier passport size picture
  13. 3 copies of applier identity card
  14. A copy of doctor examination letter including Typhine IV shots for drinks and foods handler
  15. A copy of Food Handling Course certificate - for drinks and foods handler
